The Situation

Taylor&Emmet LLP, a long established legal firm, is one of the leading and most successful law firms in the South Yorkshire and Derbyshire region. 

The Challenge

With assistance from JEC, Taylor&Emmet had undertaken some initial work in developing a new Business Continuity Plan and then because of time pressures requested JEC Professional Services to take over and complete the development of the Business Continuity documentation.

The Solution

JEC developed a Business Continuity Management System comprising the following documents :

• Business Continuity strategy,
• Business Continuity ,
• Incident Management Plan and
• Business Continuity and Recovery plan. 

The Results

Following the adoption of the documents JEC has been conmissioned to devise and facilitiate an exercise to test the plans.
